i always buy a bird lisence.if i dont' draw a deer combo, i put in for deer combo, deer b and antelope. maybe we'll all be succesful

Can someone walk me thru the process this year. i really want to put in for deer elk combo with my dad and brother but it will be our first out of state put in for drawing and we have no idea what to do.
if you have some time can you walk me thru it step by step as the deadline nears.

I'm not sure when the due dates are you have to get this stuff turned in, but it comes up pretty fast for you guys...
